Afterschool Club

If a space at Afterschool Club is not available immediately, your child/children will be added to the waiting list. We also have a waiting list for Reception children starting the next school year, please send us an email if you would like your child to be added. If you have a regular place at Afterschool Club and need a one-off extra day booking, please email us and we will add this for you if we have space.

Holiday Club

You will be able to book holiday club dates from the first school day after the previous holiday club. The exception to this is the Summer Holiday Club which you will be able to book onto at the same time as the Summer Half-Term Holiday Club. Please feel free to email us to enquire about available holiday club spaces before creating a Magicbooking account.

The club is closed on all Bank Holidays and between Christmas Eve and New Year.

Would you like to visit the club before you decide? If you would like to organise a visit during a session, our staff will be delighted to show you and your child around. Please contact us to arrange this.

Fees:

Membership: £10 per family per year (first paid when you register with Magicbooking).

Afterschool Club: £15 per child per session (3:15pm to 6pm).

Holiday Club: £42 per child for a full day session (8:45am to 5:45 pm).

A half-day session (morning from 8:45am to 1:15pm/afternoon from 1:15pm to 5:45pm) is £32 per child.

Payment:

Afterschool Club and Holiday Club fees are to be paid in advance of attendance through Magicbooking. Afterschool Club payments are due on the 1st of each month, from September to July.

We accept payment via card, childcare vouchers: Kiddivoucher/Edenred (P20077736)/ Computershare/ Busybees/ Fideliti/ RG childcare/ Sodexo/ Faircare and the Government tax-free childcare scheme.

Please note that if you would like to pay using childcare vouchers that you will need to pay The Newcroft Club as instructed by your childcare voucher provider (outside of Magicbooking).

From October 2025 tax-free childcare payments are to be paid through your Magicbooking account. Please see the guidance for how to link your tax-free childcare account to your Magicbooking account here:

Cancellations:

We require a full half-terms’ notice of cancellation for afterschool club and 2 weeks’ notice of cancellation for holiday club.

We reserve the right to cancel sessions if we do not get sufficient bookings. We will provide at least 2 weeks notice and refund or credit any fees already paid.

Data Protection:

We comply with the requirements of the GDPR regarding obtaining, storing and using personal data. We hold only the information necessary to provide a childcare service for each child. Once a child leaves our care we retain only the data required by statutory legislation and for the prescribed periods of time.
